Fill out the form's entries and click on 'send form' to send the data to the club's webmaster. The information will be added to the member's database and will be incorporated into the web site at the next scheduled update. You will also be added to the mailing list. If at any time you wish to cease your membership or no longer wish to receive e-mailings, then please email the webmaster with your wishes. Please check your details when they eventually appear on the web site, to ensure that the information is correct. Please email the site administrator if you want your information corrected or changed. The symbol '®' is used here to indicate a required field.
